TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The melting purity of the above article(s) is/are certified 916 PPT (22K)/ 750 PPT (18K)/585 PPT (14K) as the case may be.
2. Sold articles can only be exchanged if returned in their original saleable condition within the next working day. Articles crafted as per customer’s design- specification cannot be exchanged. Old hallmarked gold ornaments crafted, can be exchanged with new ornament by weight of gold without any deduction (weight of enamel and stone will be deducted).
3. Articles received for repairing may incur certain difference in weight after repairing and polishing.
4. The Company is not responsible for any damage/ weight loss of jewellery due to wear and tear due to usage of the ornaments purchased by the customer. Customers are requested to kindly check the ornaments in terms of weight and finishing, before leaving the showroom. No complaints will be entertained thereafter.
5. Pearl and Coral are not stones and are subject to natural decay and hence may come out of setting (mounting).
6. There is no buyback on precious and semi-precious stones.
7. Buy back of our gold ornaments, will be at the prevailing gold buying rate, against A/C Payee cheque or NEFT. (PAN, Address proof may be required).
8. The gems(s) mentioned herein is/are certified genuine, else we are liable to pay double the amount.
9. Buy Back of Diamond Jewellery will be 100% (Hundred Percent) on Diamond value. Gold value will be ascertained at the prevailing gold buying rate. However making charges, Rhodium and other incidental charges and taxes cannot be refunded. Value of Semi-Precious and coloured Stones, if any, used in the article, cannot be refunded.
10. Gold rate for any article will not be fixed unless a minimum of 80% (Eighty Percent) of the gold value is paid on advance.
11. If any order placed is not collected within one year of the estimated date of delivery, it will be treated as permanently cancelled and no refund will be provided.
12. Utmost care is taken to keep gold weight as ordered. However, up to 25% (Twenty Five percent) variation may occur since the articles are hand crafted.
13. In case of Cancellation of order, full making charge and 25% (Twenty Five percent) of Gold Value and 25% (Twenty Five percent) of the value of Diamond and coloured Stones, will be deducted from the Advance amount.
14. The Company reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions whenever necessary without providing any prior notice.
15. No Exchange/Buy Back/Gold sale/Complaints will be entertained without valid Cash Memo.
